Reorder/organize PDF pages

Reorder pages by dragging page previews, remove pages, add pages from another PDF or a blank A4 page — or type a new page order for long documents — then download the reorganised file.

Files you choose stay on your device — they are not uploaded to Tools99.

Workspace: 1. Add files2. Ready3. Working4. Done — download

How this workspace works
  1. Choose a PDF file.
  2. Type the new page order.
  3. Download the reorganised file and check the first and last pages.

Choose a PDF first — page previews appear after your file is added.

Your file never left this device, so there is no server copy to delete. Download again, start over, or continue with a related tool below.

How to use Reorder/organize PDF pages

  1. Choose a PDF file.
  2. Type the new page order.
  3. Download the reorganised file and check the first and last pages.

A good use for this

Putting scanned pages, or chapters saved in the wrong order, into the sequence they should be read in.

Limits

Only the order changes — page contents are untouched, so a page that is itself upside down stays upside down until you rotate it.
